Marui Sushi is a modern Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca, offering a dining experience rooted in tradition and shaped by its island surroundings. Our cuisine reflects the depth and balance of Japanese food culture, brought to life through Mallorca’s seasonal energy and ingredients. We work closely with trusted suppliers to source the freshest km 0 island produce alongside premium fish. Sushi and sashimi are prepared using Japanese techniques, allowing the natural character of each ingredient to shine. Guests can also enjoy exceptional products such as A5 grade Wagyu from Kagoshima, celebrated for its marbling, richness and unrivalled flavour. Together, these elements create a dining experience that feels authentic, contemporary and thoughtfully crafted.
